Affiliate Agreement

Please read the terms below and then use this Registration Form.

Affiliate verification
Friberg Fine Art reserves the right to refuse membership to the affiliate program to any sites deemed unsuitable for association. After your application is submitted, Friberg Fine Art will visit your web site, check the form details for completion and accuracy, and then notify you by email with your login details when approved.

Logging in for the first time
When you receive your email of acceptance, you can then use your password to login to your account admin and select the products, banners or links that you want to display on your web site.

Placing the affiliate links
When selecting the links or banners to use, be sure to use the coding exactly as prescribed. In the code is reference for your account number which is needed for tracking and association with any sales made.

Checking your sales record
Clicking the link for "record" will give you the status of your account, the number of sales made and your account balance. Please note that all sales made need to be verified before they appear in your records. This is because the tracking system is live, but the transactions between banks involved in the sale may not be finalized until the next day of business.

Placement of banners and links on your web pages
After logging in you can then alter or modify your account details and select the banners and links that you want to use. There are a selection of banner styles to chose from to suit your pages. Your account section also records the progress and current status of sales made with payments and balances.

Commission on at sales made by your visitors
Commission is paid on art sales within 45 days of the first visit. How this works is when your visitor clicks the link to visit our site a cookie is added to their browser for tracking purposes with your unique account number. If that visitor goes to any one of our order pages, your ID is recorded when a sale is made.

Commission payments
Payments are made at the end of each month to your PayPal email account. Commissions are paid out when the commission amount reaches $100 or more. Lesser amounts will be carried over to the next month or until the amount reaches the $100. Charge backs will be deducted from your balance and adjusted on the next payment.

Termination
You can terminate the arrangement at any time from your account section. Friberg Fine Art reserves the right to refuse any application, and to cancel any account without recourse if there is evidence of misadventure or abuse of any part of the system.

Qualifying sales
All art sold by Friberg Fine Art through your Affiliated link, will earn a minimum of 10% of the net sales price. Sales, although recorded and appearing in the records, will not be firm sales until the payments are received and confirmed by our bank.
